The hotel is conveniently located just off the main walkway into the square, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The beautiful castle, located close by, is definitely worth a visit. The rooms are well-designed and provide a sense of privacy. The rooftop garden offers a peaceful oasis from the crowds, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment or a cigar. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a delicious mix of fresh fruit, bread, and hot menu options.

The shower in our bathroom was a bit difficult to use.

The hotel is in a great location, really near the beautiful castle and in the Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. The underground pool and spa area were a very nice feature, providing relaxation after a day of exploring.

The bar and restaurant staff seemed inexperienced and could use some improvement in their service.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel right in the heart of the city's old center. The location was perfect, being very close to the main attractions and just steps away from the castle. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa with a relaxing and luxurious experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and the staff were attentive, pleasant, and very helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the staff were very good too ensure a pleasant dining experience.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always giving us a warm welcome. The room was spacious and well equipped, providing a comfortable stay. the swimming pool in the hotel was a great feature, great to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

The hotel bar lacked atmosphere and did not provide a relaxing environment to socialize or unwind. The lack of a shower in the room and absence of tea making facilities were also disappointing, as these are basic amenities expected in a hotel.

Great location in the old town, close to main square. Ancient property with tasteful updates and gracious charms. Wonderful and attentive staff. Nice breakfast buffet and option to order from the menu. Sense of history enhances visit.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with marble bathrooms and luxurious L'Occitane products. As a light sleeper, I found the bed to be extremely comfortable and had a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The spa facilities were delightful, and I enjoyed a swim and sauna. The location was perfect, with a view of the castle from our room and just a 10-minute walk to the square.

I felt quite safe during my stay and had no issues or problems. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

This venue is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities met all my necessities, and the service was exceptional. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and full body massage were fabulous. the Spa Centre and treatment room were incredibly comfortable and the plunge pool was a delightful surprise.

The hotel could have provided more variety on their restaurant menu. the options were limited and a bit expensive.

Amazing welcome, was very good, perfect for couples, charming spa with pool, fabulous roof terrace with view of Wawel Royal Castle, clean and comfortable room.

We loved the excellent location, just steps away from Wawel Castle and a short walk to the Old Town Square. The staff was attentive, pleasant, and helpful. They were great in organizing day trips for us, including arranging a private tour guide at Wieliczka. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the skylights added a special touch. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the bar area was a great place to relax. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit to pastries to hot dishes. It was a great way to start the day. The only other positive thing about the hotel was that it had free wifi, fast and reliable. these two factors were not enough to make up for the overall negative experience we had.

Easter at this hotel was a disappointment. the room we were given was very small and cramped.
